1st Feb 2010 - Tinga Tinga Tales launches on CBeebies! The creator of Charlie and Lola has produced 52 animated tales based on African folk lore and styled around inspiration from the original Tinga Tinga art work from tanzania. Watch the animations to find out why Elephant has a trunk and why Giraffe has a long neck!


16th November 2009 - Tinga Tinga is a big hit at the designer baby show in Berkshire! Several pieces were sold to very excited customers. We love our job spreading the joy and beauty of Tinga Tinga to homes in the UK.


29th October 2009 - Tinga Tinga Tales preview

Tiger Aspect Productions is currently in production with the animation series "Tinga Tinga Tales" which is due to launch Q1 2010. The characters in the series are inspired by the Tinga Tinga artists of Tanzania although they will have their own identities no doubt slickly brand managed by auntie Beeb’s execs.

The show aims to return to traditional storytelling by adapting traditional African folk tales that have been passed down from generation to generation throughout Africa. The show will be a series of 52, 11 minute animated Tinga Tinga artwork programmes.

Cbeebies in the UK and Playhouse Disney in the US will both be showing the series. It is being produced in Nairobi, Kenya with 50% of the Tiger Aspect profits going to educational improvement in East Africa

16th October 2009 -Art & Wine to exhibit exclusive framed set of Tinga Tinga, provided by ethically sourced


11th October 2009 - ethically sourced attends first show in Cambridge organised by the National Childbirth Trust (NCT)

Attendees were bowled over by the exciting new artwork on the baby and toddler scene
