Please note that although we endeavour to ship your item the next day, it may take up to 10days to receive your item 

Purchasing from us

Please note that all items sent out to customers have been quality checked by us therefore there should be no damage to items unless pre-specified and/or damaged during carriage. If carriage is the cause of damage then compensation can be claimed from the carriage company. Shippping insurance is purchased for each product, relative to the value. Once item is received by the customer is it the responsibility of the customer to prevent damage from occuring to the product.

Returns Policy

You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item, with packaging re-constructed correctly. A refund for the price less shipping and 3rd party secure payment fees (3.4% of transaction) will be made when we receive back and check the item is in original condition.
